## ABOUT

Jerry Li is a Founding Member of Unitas Foundation. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of [Term Structure Labs](https://termstructure.com/), a DeFi protocol aiming to build interest rate benchmarks for most liquid cryptos and stablecoins.

Before devoting himself to a start-up for DeFi in Q2 2022, Jerry headed the foreign exchange and fixed-income trading desks for Deutsche Bank Greater China and served as a Deutsche Bank's Executive Committee member for Global Emerging Markets.

**Jerry has been with Deutsche Bank for 25 years** (counted in the Bankers Trust's merger), having trading experience covering foreign exchange, money markets, fixed-income, derivatives, and structured products.

Beyond risk management across different asset classes, Jerry is a franchise builder. He successfully established the global trading book for Renminbi and developed a few dozen new products during his 25 years at Deutsche Bank.

Jerry carries a wealth of experience in working with regulators in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, as trading activity governance was one of his primary responsibilities.

Jerry graduated from Cornell University with Master's degrees in Financial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and from National Taiwan University with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
